I work on my samsung galaxy tab s9 fe and clip studio paint pro for digital artwork.i work with oil paint, charcoal, graphite pencil, colored pencil, and acrylic markers for traditional artwork. for commissions, i will only stick with oil paint for now. please understand this.

Traditional (physical canvas or paper) artwork will be packaged and mailed to the customer, with an additional fee of $6. clients must also provide an address for the commission order so that it can be sent to the client.Digital artwork will be exported in high-quality .jpg, .png, and .tiff files (3 files) and emailed to the customer using the same email address used in the commission form.✦ bust - digital: 20$ / traditional: 28$✦ half-body - digital: 26$ / traditional 36$✦ full-body - digital: 38$ / traditional: 57$✦ landscape - digital: 34$ / traditional: 40$✦ chibi character - digital: 14$✦ profile icon - digital: 13$❋all prices are subject to complexity fees.

✦general terms & information

first and foremost, i reserve the right to decline any commission.All communication about the commission order will be through email only.Be ready to give detailed descriptions and high-quality references so I can capture what you want in the artwork; no blurry or messy images, please.Please be polite; rude behavior won't be tolerated, and I may cancel or decline the commission if such behavior happens.Keep in touch with me during the commission process; if I don't get a reply within 5 days or you "ghost" me, I'll cancel the order and remove you from the queue/wait list.As a full-time student with a busy schedule, I need extra time to finish commissions so patience is greatly appreciated, please understand this. Completion time is usually 4 or 5 weeks but may take longer depending on size and complexity of the artwork. I do not ship outside of the United States at this time, I apologize for this.Digital artwork will be exported in high-quality .jpg, .png, and .tiff files (3 files) and emailed to the customer using the same email address used in the commission form.One drawing or painting per person, the queue number is 6.I will use all commissioned works in my portfolio and samples.I'll allow only 3 revisions of the commission order.If you want updates and progress pictures, let me know, but they'll be watermarked.all information submitted in the commission form will strictly be confidential and kept between you, the client, and me, the artist, i will ensure your privacy is kept.Please credit me for my artwork.

✦payment & refunds

I take full payment upfront and do not work on unpaid commissions.I only accept USD currency at this time.I only accept paypal and ko-fi as method of payment. all other methods (checks, cashapp, crypto, etc.) is not acceptable.no refunds once i get started on the order. refund issued only on cancellation BEFORE i start the order and if there is a critical mistake in the finished artwork.no charge-backs either.

I acknowledge that the commissioned piece belongs to you, the client but you must abide by the following -do not use the artwork for any hateful, derogatory/discriminatory, or political purposes.do not alter the artwork in any way, shape or form without my permission, including removing watermark/signature.**personal use commissions are not to be Commissioned artwork are for personal use only and you may share the artwork on social media but do not claim the artwork as your own, please credit me for the artwork.do NOT create and sell merchandise (T-shirts, enamel pins, posters, keychains, etc.) of the commissioned artwork.do NOT use any of my artwork, including commissioned pieces, for AI training or other AI-related purposes, reselling, re-licensing, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT), or cryptocurrency.
